Processing Times

Most in-stock items are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days of your order.

Some products may be made or printed to order and may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping information will be provided whenever possible.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Afrafranto Acres is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Print-on-Demand Items

Some prints, apparel, home goods, or other products may be produced and shipped by a trusted printing or fulfillment partner. These items may arrive separately from other products in the same order.

Original Artwork

Original artwork and oversized pieces may require special packaging, shipping arrangements, or additional processing time. Shipping details and costs for these pieces will be provided on the individual listing or arranged directly with the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Afrafranto Acres as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can work toward a solution.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us if additional information is needed.
